By using mainspringdigital.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This site is not a contract

Nothing on this site creates a contract for our services. Work is governed by the proposal, agreement or invoice we give you for it. Where this site and a signed or written agreement say different things, the agreement controls.

About us

Mainspring Digital LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company that designs, builds and looks after websites for businesses, and helps them get found on Google.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

The agreement for your project has the full terms. In short:

• A new site starts with half the price paid up front. The rest is due before launch. The deposit is not refundable once work has started. If we end a project, we refund the part of the deposit we have not used.
• Add-ons and extra jobs are paid in full before work starts.
• Monthly plans are billed automatically each month. You can cancel anytime, with no notice, and the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

We take payment by card or bank transfer through Stripe.

What you send us

Send us information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. What we do with it is described in our Privacy Policy.

What you may not do

• Scrape or harvest this site or its content, other than search engines indexing it.
• Use the site to break a law, or to send anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive.
• Interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else's use of it.
• Copy the site or present it as your own.

Our content and client work

The text, images, logos, layout and code on this site belong to Mainspring Digital LLC or to those we licensed them from. Client names and marks shown here belong to those clients. You are welcome to read the pages and link to them. Reusing the content needs our written permission.

Accuracy of this site

We keep the site current, but services and availability change. What you read here is general information and may be out of date. A price or offer is not firm until we confirm it in writing. Ask us directly about anything you plan to rely on.

No warranties

This site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows we make no warranties about it. This does not limit any rights you have under law, or any promise we make to you in writing about our work.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Mainspring Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. This section is about the website. Responsibility for work we do for you is governed by the agreement for that work.

Other websites

Where we link to another website, including sites we built for clients, it is for your convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes about this site belong to the state or federal courts serving Buncombe County, North Carolina.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed at the top.
